To make this delicious recipe, you will need:


1/2 cup strawberries,

1/2 blueberries,

1 cup spinach/arugula

1/2 cup roasted/salted chick peas

1/4 cup grape tomatoes

3 tablespoon hemp seeds

1 cup quinoa

handful of walnuts

half a lime


Avocado dressing:

1/2 cup coconut milk

blend 1 1/2 avocado

1/4 cup lime juice

1/4 cup sesame seed oil

1/4 cup cilantro

salt and pepper to taste
